    In this workshop, you will learn to safely master ayesha re-grips! Anna breaks this flashy and fun skill into manageable segments to ensure that you practice proper technique. Pre-requisites: solid ayesha in true grip, cup grip and elbow grip. Please use safety mats and a qualified spotter.
