In this 4-week series we will spend week 1 working on conditioning and skill drills that you can use going forward in your training to help you continue building strength and endurance.
In week 2, we focus on static pole spin combinations along with climbs that flow. This is a fun week that takes skills you learned in beginner and puts them together in beautifully connected ways.
In week 3, we focus on spin pole and creating smooth, flowy combinations using skills in an upright position. Focus is on form and continuity of movement.
In week 4, we take our static skills and focus on the dance aspect of pole. We will work on free-flowing combinations that will link to create beautiful routines that allow for the individuality and creative expression of each participant to shine!
Pre-requisites: beginner spins, climbs and sits should be familiar (perfection is not necessary, just knowledge of these moves), some beginner spin pole experience is helpful but not mandatory.
