• Foundational Front Splits

    In this foundational splits course, you will learn about a unique approach to flexibility helping you unlock your dream goal of the splits. Get ready for an active warm up that includes some balance drills, self-myofascial release (SMR) and a wide range of stretches to prepare you for your splits including some active flexibility drills to help work towards a standing split. The program is beginner friendly but also offers progressions for those who need more of a challenge.
