To complete your Intermediate Aerial Hoop Certification, you must have passed your Beginner Aerial Hoop Certification successfully. You will need to submit the following for the practical assessment for Intermediate Aerial Hoop: 1) Warm up with conditioning on and off the hoop suitable for intermediate level students - include commentary on muscle engagement, purpose and modifications 2) Proficiency - submit and uncut video of you performing all entries and skills presented in the course - the combos are not included or required 3) Instruct with a student a minimum of 5 entries and skills with spotting - ensure you mention muscle engagement, points of contact and any other important notes for the specific movement. *submit two lesson plans describing who they are for and why you have chosen the skills are listed - demonstrate in the plan that you understand how to regress and progress the movements provided 4) Cool Down and Stretch When you are ready to submit your videos, please email us at [email protected] for your invoice of $75 to complete your assessment. You can send your videos to this email as well. All videos should be labeled appropriately and uploaded to a playlist on YouTube that is unlisted. If you prefer to do an in person or virtual exam, please contact us and we can do our best to accommodate this request (additional fees may apply). You must pass your exam with a minimum of 80% **This must be completed within one year of the purchase date of the course
You will need to at minimum challenge the exam if you do not want to do the course and then pass in order to complete your intermediate certification.
One year from the course purchase date. You can only extend up to 6 months (with additional fees) or you will have to start again.
You have one year from the purchase date to view the online course. You also have one year from the purchase date to complete all requirements for your certification.
