If so, this 4 week (2 days a week) virtual series will teach you some beautiful entries and exits on spin into inversions plus work on flows and sequences.
In this 8-part series we will start the sessions with a warm up and conditioning segment followed by skill review, new skill break down and then a flow sequence.
You will not only learn new pole skills, but learn how to incorporate them into beautiful, seamless and flowing sequences.
