    If you’re an aerialist, this workshop is for you! After intense aerial training session, this is the perfect course to stretch your shoulders and its a great shoulder flexibility course on its own! Whitney will walk you through a warm up, self myofascial release (SMR), and a wide range of stretches for your shoulders that includes end range active flexibility.
